Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours, and we kindly ask that all clients review our booking and cancellation terms before confirming an appointment. For Clients Within 75 Miles A non-refundable cancellation fee of $75 will be applied to all cancellations. This fee helps cover administrative and scheduling costs. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. For Clients Between 76 and 150 Miles Due to the extended travel and time commitment required for longer-distance bookings, a stricter cancellation policy applies: A minimum cancellation fee of $75 will be charged for any cancellations. If the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled service, up to 50% of the total service cost may be charged. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service cost to cover travel, fuel, and lost time. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated whenever possible, but fees may still apply depending on notice given. We appreciate your understanding as these policies allow us to provide reliable service and honor the time we dedicate to each client.
